It is First Friday, October, the beginning of Chicago’s Artist Month. The studios in the Flat Iron Arts Building will be open this evening from 6pm to 10pm. It may be wet and cold outside, but inside the Flat Iron it will be warm and lively. Please stop by, visit with the artists and enjoy the art
The Flat Iron Artists Association is looking for artists to participate in the First Friday art show, The Big Color Dance. The art work must be 40″ x 60″ and completed within the last two years. Alicyn Murphy, another artist showing at the Coyote, works in pastels, creating images of forests, hills and strange masked figures
